2.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery to our courier.
2.3. Strict Warning: Abuse of the Pay on Delivery service will not be tolerated. If any attempt is made to exploit this service by refusing delivery without valid reasons, or providing false addresses, the customer will be blacklisted from using our services in the future. Legal action may also be taken where necessary.
2.4. We reserve the right to refuse Pay on Delivery service to any customer we suspect of misusing it.

  1. Money-Back Guarantee

3.1. Nelly’s Collection offers a Money-Back Guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction.
3.2. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 3 days from the date of delivery.
3.3. The product must be returned in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
3.4. The cost of the return waybill will be covered by the customer.
3.5. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
3.6. Please note that any damage caused by improper use or handling of the product will not be covered by our Money-Back Guarantee.

4.2. Any issues or defects with the product must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.
4.3. We will replace or refund any defective items in accordance with our refund policy.

6.2. Orders canceled after the item has been dispatched will incur the cost of the return waybill.
